The shop's reception is extremely poor. The person behind the counter told me "I can deny service whenever I want" when I asked for an inspection to my vehicle. According to them, visits are by appointment only, and despite having already two previous appointments (where I had to wait an hour each time) until I gave up and walked away, his rudeness has pushed me away from ever going back to this shop. Customers should never have to deal with unpleasant service.
