We just returned from a 4 night stay. First, this is the best hotel in the city! The view is incredible and the location is the best! New everything and very near the two best subway stations to get up and downtown quickly. I called and told the manager it was a special occasion and they went the extra mile. The staff is very friendly and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. This was my forth stay and I will keep coming back. No need to try other hotels as I have stayed at over 15 different NYC and none compare!!!!!

The Palace was one of the best places to visit. The hotel staff were pleasingly professional. The outdoor lounging area was very comfortable and cozy. The entire stay was enjoyable. I will definitely be returning.

The rooms are spacious; the beds very comfortable, and service is incredibly welcoming and efficient. Room service is fast and the food is very good. I love the bakery for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Our favorite NYC Hotel!

THE ACCOUNTING STAFF AT THIS HOTEL IS SUPERB FOR BUSINESS GUESTS WHO REQUIRE SPECIAL ATTENTION.
THEY ARE ALWAYS ATTENTIVE TO YOUR REQUESTS AND WILL DO THEIR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOU FOR LATE CHECK-OUT EVEN WHEN THE HOTEL IS FULLY COMMITTED.
