Lot Less Closeouts

Some products have good pricing but they won't bother helping you at all. Their Customer Service is terrible!

If there's a zero star I would give it.
The customer services is horrible.
The sales did not notify me that the sale was final, and when I found out the item I purchase was extremely dirty and appears to be USE, I try to return it, the manager showed up and told me it's my responsibility to open EVERY package and check the condition.
Then the manager starting to accuse me of lying about not knowing the final sale rules, and just walk away!!
Unacceptable!

This store has some good deals however the customer service is horrible!!! I had the most horrific experience which will definitely end my frequent shopping here!! After buying over $100 of items yesterday, I came in today to return/exchange just two. I walked in with the bag and was looking to exchange shoe size and return one item. I had original receipt!!! I was accused of stealing and cursed at,screamed at,and a huge scene took place! There was no reasoning with the manager and I was totally harassed and in fact scared of his vulgar rampage. They lied and threatened me constantly!! They said I did not walk in with a bag of previously purchased items!! All lies!! I just gave up the item to get out of there!! So, now they have stolen from me!!! Shame on you Lotless-Kumar-and security guard!!! You need to learn how to treat customers, at the least, and certainly learn some common manners!! Hope you enjoy the $7.99 item you stole from me!!

The manager was harassing 2 people outside of the store. He was cursing at them while accusing them of damaging his car which had no damage. Very unprofessional. I can only imagine how this man treats actual customers.
