Ok equipment but every things in a small long area (tight squeeze when packed with ppl)
No gender lockers, lockers out in the open
Pingpong, cardio room, weight room, big heavy lifting area with matts on the floor, basketball gym

This is the no-frills spot for Olympic Weightlifting in NYC. Crowded platforms and barbells. Mon/Wed nights are coached. Tues are free-for-alls.
