I received my pictures and they are pictures of another boy. I called 2 times and emailed them 3 times - still haven't heard back. I guess my sons picture will be wrong in the yearbook too!
They could at least email me the status

Shame on them, worst pictures ever! The poses and lighting are worse than unprofessional. My poor daughter is now stuck with horrible graduation pics and she is devastated

Poor customer service. Takes forever to get a person on the phone. Picture quality is OK as they have taken school pictures before.. Slow to get pictures out. 3 different dates and some people got pictures and most didn't

I wish that I could give this company zero stars. Maybe less. Their photographers are beyond horrible. They have no talent related to photography whatsoever. They were rude and offensive and criticized my appearance when they themselves were dressed quite horrifically in terms of how unprofessional they were. I have gotten my Senior Portraits taken twice so far, and both were horrible for reasons out of my control. Upon trying to schedule my THIRD appointment, I had numerous troubles with the website. Additionally, last year my brother had the wrong Senior Portrait in his yearbook-- they did not use the photo that he selected. Maybe I shouldn't be so worried about retaking my senior photo since they probably will just choose a terrible one that I didn't select. All in all, I am very furious with Lors, and I really wish that my school had the good judgment to switch companies. I have never been so filled with rage due to a company of any type.

They are ridiculous and inaccessible! I cannot get anyone on the phone and i've been left on hold for ridiculous amounts of time. I have no password to get on the website to get hold of my daughters under grad photos. How do they call themselves a service provider when they aren't there for their customers? My time is just as, if not more important then theirs. I should not be left on hold in limbo like this. Wow. Welcome to the business practices of the 21st century.
