In the last year I have used Loria Carpentry for several projects including a complete bathroom remodeling, some general carpentry projects, plumbing and electrical repair, deck restoration, floor repair and most recently exterior painting and deck staining. The type of service provided keeps me employing Loria for all of my home projects. I have recommended Loria to many people that could benefit from their expertise and honestly I never get a second opinion or estimate when looking to have a job done because their prices are fair and I know that I will get the best service possible for the money I spend. They are very customer oriented and go out of their way to make sure that you are happy with the results and if not, they will do anything possible to address your concerns. They are extremely punctual and put in very long hours to get the job done in a timely manner. All of the employs are extremely courteous and go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the work done. If a problem should happen after their work is done, they stand behind their work and will do everything to fix the problem, and I must say their response time is exceptional and they come back usually the same day that you call. As I stated before, their prices are more than fair and they do not try and rip you off for something you don't need. Your experience with Loria begins with their office manager Susan. She will setup an appointment for an Estimator/Project Manager to come out to your home and go over your needs. What I love about Susan is the fact that any correspondence with her is dealt with promptly. She is excellent at the job that she does and is genuinely a very nice person. My Estimator/Project manager was Hugo and he is great at what he does also. He goes over everything that Loria will do to meet your needs and he makes sure that they are met. Any concerns you may have while the project is being done, he will quickly work at getting them resolved. He makes his presence known by checking on the progress being done everyday. He makes sure that his employees are meeting yours and his expectations. I would like to thank the following people for making my last experience with loria such a great one. Most of the painting and staining of the deck and the house were done by Luis and Francisco. I was so pleased with the results and the attention to detail that was given by those two individuals. The house and deck were prepped beautifully so that the finished product looked great. My foundation was in very poor shape and Luis did an outstanding job on repairing it before it got painted. He repaired things that were beyond what I expected. Some of the odd jobs I needed done besides painting and staining the house and deck were carried out by Jairo and Marcus. I had electric, plumbing and carpentry work done by Jairo and Marcus built a kitchen cabinet and di other carpentry work too.
What I love about the company is that I never gave it a thought on how the cabinet was to be built, but they built it in such a way as to make it look like it was part of the original cabinets. One of the owners of the company, Olman, was also present on many of the days the men were there and his knowledge of how things needed to be done is exceptional. He personally worked on several of the projects I had done. One of the other owners, William, who did much of the previous work on the house, stopped by to see how things were progressing. There were several times I asked the guys to give me a hand doing something that required more strength than I alone could supply and they always helped and did it willingly. What this all boils down to is that Loria will get the job done correctly and you will not find a better example of people who take pride in their work and give better customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this company and I can almost guarantee that you will not be sorry for choosing Loria Carpentry.
