Took over 2 hours to deliver and the order was wrong and the food was cold.

This Review is for Halalago - The Halal Gyro place.

First i called them to order a delivery - the guy on the phone said to call back in 5 minutes because they are busy. So i decided to go over there to order in person and pick up - The guy said it will take 20 minutes. So i asked them to deliver and the delivery took over 2 hours. When they finally did deliver after 2 hours the food was missing items and it was cold. Over $50.00 worth of order. I drove back and got my money back.

Worst service and group of people i have ever encountered.

I order several times from Halalago. The first 2 times they did not bring straws, forks, knives, napkins, or ketchup for my fries. Later they called to inform me that I 10% if I called them instead of going through the SEAMLESS app to order. I did. Big mistake on my part. I spoke to about 3 employees to get my order through. That would not have happened if I had used the SEAMLESS app. After waiting for about an hour I called to report that my food had not been delivered. Mind you it was already late and I didn't want to disturb the other people in my household already sleeping. Another hour past so I called them and told the to cancel my order because the clock hit midnight. Currently they have not refunded my money and I will be going to make a visit to their store after failed attempts to speak to the manager. I'm posting this everywhere. Do not do Halalago.

They're a terrible place if you want your food in 3 hours there the place to go

foods great employee's are all very kind and welcoming ! Deliveries are pretty quick as well !
