Superb service! They matched a very difficult pattern perfectly! The sofa was out of my apartment for only 10 days. Frank Senior is a charming Old world gentleman. His son Frank Junior is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Even the people that took the sofa out and redelivered it did so with great care. I Because I am so fussy I went to their studio twice! Everything was clean and neat and orderly.
If it were possible I would give them even more stars!

We LOVED the work they did for us. They came to our apartment, gave advice (we were going to have two jobs done but they advised against one, which was an excellent suggestion even though economically less advantageous for them), got the fabric requested, returned later to pick up the cushions to be reupholstered and the next day (as promised) the finished cushions were delivered. They even gave a specific time frame for delivery which was most appreciated. Wonderful work, lovely people, great service. So rare to find!!

Very unprofessional! I scheduled THREE different appointments to get an estimate. All three times they failed to show or call to apologize. If I could give zero stars, I would.
