The butcher of choice for my family for over 20 years. Even when we moved out of Newark, we still make the trek down when the meat freezer starts running low. Yes -- we have a freezer just for meat. They also have really good presunto. If you're a fan of cured meats (or just meat in general), I'd highly recommend you check this place out to satisfy your carnal desires.
