Long's Wines and Liquors

The staff is not friendly at all. Was walking around looking for something good, they just kept looking at me.

New to the neighborhood but I've been several times including most recently to stock up for a party. While I appreciate the large selection of wines and spirits, both my wife and I, have each commented on the unfriendlieness of the staff. It's not outright rudeness, just a lack of welcoming, a lack of enthusiasm, an indifference which feels a bit uncomfortable. There's a lack of engagement which I find unusual in a wine store since discourse with the staff can be important. Pricewise I think they are fair. Perhaps not the absolute lowest price you can find but not inflated prices in my opinion. I will continue to shop here because it's conveniently located to me but not to the exclusion of other stores in the neighborhood.

A family-owned wine shop that's about as reliable as can be. I'd often walk here for my occasional purchases, and that's a testament to their customer service. This store stock a wide assortment, and although they may not have everything, they can accommodate by ordering hard to find lots if you need it. They also carry the usual assortment of spirits and liqueurs/cordials as well.

The sisters rock! Know their wine and so does their staff.

If I could give zero stars I would. The accepted an order on line and never sent the merchandise. When I called to ask them about it, they "Oh, there was fraud on your credit card". Not only was that a surprise to me, but it was a surprise to the credit card company when I called and asked them about it. When I asked if they could try running the card again, they said "No!" When I asked if I could use another credit card they again said "No!" WHAT WERE THEY HOPING THAT I WOULD NOT NOTICE THEY WINES NEVER SHOWED UP?

I WOULD NEVER EVER USE OR GOT TO LONG'S AGAIN.
