If I could give them no stars I would. Believe me the Doctor's were wonderful! If this review was based solely on the doctor's I would give them 5 stars. The front desk staff is horrible, the wait time on the phone's is horrible, while making this review I was on hold for about 10 minutes. I have also left messages for certain department's and i get no responses back within 24 hours. I have to constantly call the office over and over again (if i can even get through!) to get an answer. Also in person their attitudes generally suck, no compassion and no smiles when I was greeted as a first time client as well as my first time being pregnant. The only time I received a smile and a greeting was with the Doctor's or the ultrasound tech. I will most likely be finding another office, just because of horrible customer service.

I have been a patient of Dr. Levines for over 15 years. He is a great Dr. Due to scheduling, I made an appointment with Dr. Nodelman. I am very pleased with Dr. Nodelman, I was instantly comfortable with him and he has a very pleasant way about him. The staff was great and the nurse who took care of me was very nice to talk to . All in all, as usual, a great experience with my Dr.s there.

Love Love Love Dr. Lieberman! She is AMAZING! Delivered both my children... and a true gem to the practice! Upon recieving excellent service from her and the staff... Now at least 7 of my friends have become patients... Thank you Dr. Lieberman for delivering the best gifts I ever recieved xo

Finally, someone nice and professional! He is really funny too and made me feel comfortable!
I went to him by recommendation and there was no place for disappointment at all.

The doctor is knowledgeable but you have to wait more than 35 minutes to see him. The office is awful, when you call consider yourself lucky is somebody picks up the phone. The staff is totally rude. Once I was in the exam room waiting for the doctor, naked but for the gown, a nurse entered the room looking for something, she didn’t find it and came back 2 more times with other people. Any of them knock on the door or apologize for the intrusion; they didn’t even seem to notice I was there. When I had to go to the hospital they send the forms with such a poor spelling of my name that it looked like other person’s. In every appointment I experience some clerical mistake. I asked for a copy of my files, after a month of sending a check I haven’t received anything. I am not coming back ever.
