Renee, I apologize for not getting back to you sooner reference our recent move. First let me say I was very happy you allowed Paul to lead the team. He made things move along very well. I don't have to tell you there was absolutely no damage and nothing was lost thanks to Paul and the team. The move did turn out to be a real challenge for them as the new apartment had some hallway and doorway and size problems. However there was not a problem your guys could not solve. If one did not have the answer the other did. They worked very well together. I don't think I could pick out one star as they all performed equally well. Terrace solved several little "situations", Bill and Ken moved furniture and boxes like nothing I have ever seen. Poor Patrick was the truck guy out in the cold but never a whimper and just loaded the truck. And Paul was there for every thing. We loved the care they took not to scratch the floors or damage the walls. If they had to dissemble a piece it went back together and you would never know it. I have to say my wife was especially happy with Terrace. His sincerity and drive impressed her as he would stop at nothing to get two particular pieces of furniture in the new place. We are 95% moved in now and your team is responsible it went so very well. Thanks again so much.

Jim, Evan and Chris were all amazing. They were professional and responsible.
As soon as they arrived at my house and introduced themselves I knew this move
would not be stressful for me.

They worked efficiently and with great care for my items.
Jim was very thorough in explaining all details prior to the move, as well as
upon completion and filing all the paper work in detail.

I hope that I personally will not need to use your services in the near future, as I hate moving.
I will definitely recommend your company to everyone I know.

Avoid this company. I just negotiated a moving rate for a move that I agreed to do with them. They agreed to the rate in writing and then later called to try to raise the rate on me. When I indicated that this was unprofessional, they called me back and pulled their first offer that they had already agreed to in writing. Use Walton P. Davis or other local movers instead.

love love love this company....a must for relocation!! besides the entire staff being the most delightful to work with, the move was handled with proficiency and care. what could have been a highly stressful transition was simplified by such professionalism and yes, personality, when i move back to new york, they're my people::)

My team...Justin, Manny and Charles were absolutely amazing!! They were professional but fun and made this move easy and quick!!! They truly made this transistion easy....thank you to you and them! They deserve a raise :)
