I purchased a garage door from this company a year ago. When I backed out right into it (stupidly) I needed to have it repaired so I figured I would go to the same company. After forgetting about my first appointment completely, a technician or salesman showed up and told me he would contact me the next morning with quotes and within 3 weeks tops my garage door would be repaired (Sam). I never heard back from him and when I tried to track him down and explained my frustration, someone named Guy immediately went on the defense and said Sam no longer works in the garage door department, and that he did not believe there was ever an appointment. So a month of my time is now wasted with this company. Do not use them, they are incompetent, disorganized and dishonorable.
