They made a huge mistake by sending me a ticket issued to a plate number that never belongs to me. I live in Syracuse and never even traveled to Long Beach, New York in my life. The city court ignored my petition and didn't address anything to me after I provided my registration with every evidence needed. I failed to reach someone who knows how to solve this problem after being referred to multiple places. When I called the city court, the lady who answered the phone's initial response was: What do you want me to do about it?! She demanded that I have to personally drive 300 miles to visit the city court and resolve the mistake that were made collectively by the officer who issued the ticket and the judge of City Court of the City of Long Beach. It would be unfair to judge the government of Long Beach, New York via an honest mistake of having a typo on a ticket. However, after having spoken with multiple people who work at this place, I can safely state that this government is pretty rotten to a degree, and that's a bad news for the residents of Long Beach, NY.
