For me Loman Auto was a good choice. I did two things before heading over: 1) I knew my credit history; 2) had a very small down payment to offset that. Could I have gotten a car without it - yes. (Note to those complaining about credit runs/co-signors, etc: It's on YOU to know your credit worthiness BEFORE even thinking about making ANY MAJOR purchases; that's just good common sense.) Donald helped me get a payment I could afford and I drove away with a nice little 2014 Spark with all the bells and whistles; and they even gave me $1500 for my old Kia Sportage! And that thing was freaking old! Awesome!

My daughter got a car there several months ago. They have a referral program and she recently got a check for $200.00 which was a great Christmas gift. Marc even called me twice to let me know it was ready. So remember, know your score upfront, trust me that always works in your favor. Yes they offer the usual "double down on your deposit; trade in;" etc, just like all car dealerships do for competition. But it's a given that you gotta have a pretty high credit score to take advantage of that. So don't despair, if your credit is average or fair - you can't go wrong heading over to Loman's! This place is has a ad on the radio that promised "we can help anyone in any situation" . I called to ask some questions and they just wanted me to come in, i explained in live in ct and i dont want to come there for nothing because of my credit, thats when slevka told me "as long as i meet the minimum income i'd be good to go, your credit doesnt matter". I filled out the online application and they said im pre approved, because i meet the minimum income amount but they still wouldnt tell me the prices for any car even though the website say call for price . So i went to the dealership from connecticut, a TWO hour trip because they couldnt give me any more infomation over the phone. I park go inside sit down with chris and give him the same infomation that i gave in my online application while doing that i seen 4 people walk out to their own cars and leave. About 10 minutes later chris comes back with the mark the sales manager and the sales manager tells me i need 5000 down or a cosigner that doesnt have a open loan. He kept saying that i didnt get turned down because if i had those two things then they will help me. Dont believe the bs ad, when it says they will give you up to $5400 more than what your car is worth is acually whatever amount they feel like giving you and it goes towards the car you get from them so they are raising the price of the cars and then "lowering " the price just for you. Hope you dont waste your time and gas like i did.
UPDATE I just seen that not only ran my credit but did a hard inquiry and I was told by two people that my credit wouldn't be ran.
