Great facials with plant peel. A must go to salon

I decided to try this salon after tiring of my trip to Bay Ridge and got a great deal on Lifebooker. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience of my life.

I went in for a trim and told her no more than 1"; she cut off FOUR inches. I also went in for a root touch up and highlights, only to spend SEVEN AND A HALF HOURS while the woman ruined my hair, ruined it again and finally got it somewhat acceptable looking (still hated it).

My hair was so bad that I cried! I felt like the stylist/colorist was attacking me when I was upset and two of the other workers expressed their sincerest apologies and concern for me during the time I was there. She did three rounds of foils trying to get the color right but I still walked out very unhappy. If I left after the first foil/tone, I would have walked out with orange roots and WHITE/BEIGE highlights. I only allowed her to fix my hair because it was so VERY awful and didn't want to return three days later to see another colorist.

I couldn't have been clearer in what I wanted and thought she "got" me, but after trimming more than the allotted inch I gave her, she told me it gave her "physical pleasure" to trim my hair, at that point, I should have realized my hair was much shorter. As for the color, I should have known it was going to turn out awful after she kept taking clients in between the coloring/toning process, especially after I had to tell her that I thought the toner was ready to be washed out.

I am so excited that my favorite hair stylist and colorist just moved to Dhaga! Natasha is the best hair stylist that I have found in Brooklyn. She is great with my thick, short hair and has even stayed late to fix my hair for date night.

I will definitely move salons with her and I am excited to try Dhaga... it looks so cute!

Have been to Dhaga a few times for single process and a blowout w/free eyebrow threading with cathy, have had amazing results every time. The staff is very sweet and welcoming. I also had a keratin treatment for $150.. Im wowed at that fact that I got the same or even better results then my old spot in city and paid $450 for the same keratin product. They talked me into their chocolate wax.. will try it next time I make my hair appointment.
