Very rude guy is working there

I have been going to this liquor store for almost 5 years now and this is now the second time the old man who barely speaks english behind the counter has been rude to me. I went in to purchase a 9 dollar bottle of wine he told me I had to charge a 10 minimum. Ok thats fair I tried to go to the store to buy something and get cash back but they would not give less than 20 dollars and I only had 17 on the card. So I charged a bottle of water not thinking leaving me with 15.50 on my card. I went back to the store to now charge a bottle that was more than 10 dollars and the total came to 16 and change. I told him that I forgot I only had 15.50 to please take 2 dollars in cash and charge the rest he told me no no he cant do that. So then I suggested to tell me what bottle of wine is 10 dollars he refused to help me and told me that my card does not work. I just explained to him what happened and he was completely rude . Not only is it disrespectful but it is embarrassing to yell at a customer who has been coming to your store for 5 years. I will inform EVERYONE I know on the block and around the area not to use these people any more because of this rude behavior. This store should be run by english speaking people who understand ENGLISH because we are in america. I am disgusted at the way I was treated by this man after 5 years of loyally going to his!!

I go there all the time. It's a family store that's been in Bay Ridge for a long time. Might be the nicest people around. The prices are excellent and they always have what you need.

I come here all the time. The owners knw me well have always have been very pleasent and ave your wine delivered free!! This is a nice family owned business. Keep it up!!
