lines out the door no matter what day or time it seems. arrogant clerk moving at the speed of snail and refusing to answer questions from those in line as long as someone is in front of him.
If he is just sitting there while someone completes a form why on earth can't he answer simple questions from those in line? If you're well over 400 pounds acting superior to everyone probably isn't good public relations. Tried to ask simple question while he was just sitting there and had to be angrily berated for "not noticing" that he was helping someone at the time even though he was just sitting there. He should try to remember that each and every person waiting in those long lines pay his salary.
The fact that someone so slow, inept and rude can still keep their job is a testament to our broken system.

I've never had a bad experience with my Lodi P.O. I've been a resident for 8 years and the staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. Keep up the good work!

The woman who works here named Beatrice is CLEARLY miserable!! She was beyond rude & condescending to customers ahead of me. Once my turn she rudely declined my package bc the prepaid label expired & unaware, obviously. She said they can't mail packages w a different date. I kindly asked "since when" bc I never had this issue. Her best customer service answer was "honey I worked for the post office for 22 years. Since forever". I was astonished at her reply!!! How she still has a job after 22 years is beyond me. The attitude is disgusting. And it reflects poorly on whoever the manager is.

Worst Post office I have ever been to!!!!! The obese teller at the window name Anthony I believe is extremely rude and uses derogatory statements to customers. I heard him tell a gentlemen "What have you been smoking" in a very condescending way. He also brags about the fact that he went to college and is better then most people. Very unprofessional to say the least. The rest of the office is pure chaos. It seems like they have no clue what they are doing there. I assume thats why lines are out the door and it takes about 10mins per person. DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE. Unless you want to be insulted and treated very rudely.
