Lodi Nails

This place is horrible,i asked how much the tips would cost she told me $35 at the end she was trying to charge me $55.i asked why you changed the price?she tells me that she put a special staff on it.I told her no one told you to put anything special on it! So she goes okey okey $45.i was so mad I just paid for it and left.after two days some of the tips broke.it is a horrible place and a ripoff.DONT GO HERE!

I went to this salon with my friend having been told by a client and confirmed by the manager when we walked in that a gel fill in and pedicure would cost $35.00. When we were leaving the same person said manager quoted $53.00. Instead of telling us she added a step and that there would be an increase she just did the fill in and changed the price at the end. She had NO courtesy for doing the wrong thing by her client which is unacceptable.I should cancel my credit card payment but it's not worth the hassel. I absolutely refuse to go there again.A good manager would have negotiated or at least taken care of her client but she did nothing. I would rate this as no stars but since I need to rate it 1 star is all they get. This store owner /manager needs lessons in client ediquette.

I've been here quite a few times and only had one partly negative experience (gel manicure that wasn't done very well, but Kim took a look and said if it cracks in the next couple of days she's personally fix it). Kim is always reliable, but she is almost always busy. They've hired a new woman who also does the gel manicures, and she is impeccable! Takes the right amount of time and is clean and careful. I enjoy coming here and you can't beat $30 to get gels and a nice pedicure.

If I could give zero stars I would. They did a horrible job on my nails. After 2 days one broke so I went back to have them fix it and they refused. I had to argue with them just to have it fixed in 5 minutes bc she had 1 customer and was too busy
