Working with Breakthroughs To Fitness, I lost a total of 15 pounds over a 12 week period. I realized that what I did in the past with dieting was not the right way. I followed a detailed plan that was complete with nutritious foods. I also used their one-on-one fitness coaching and Meta-Burn classes on the weekends.
It's a blast coming to the gym now and I am enjoying the results I created. It didn't come easy, but it was worth the dedication. I encourage others who are struggling to get the weight off and keep it off to look into their programs. They are complete and the coaches are very passionate about each client.
