Disappointing to be honest. It seems like the workers are good and knowledgeable. Don't have many English speaking employees except for the one tech i met Erin or Erick(if you are reading this I apologize for the name if I got I wrong, but you were an awesome worker and hope that you will keep the appointment that i have made for you to come complete the thermostat and electrical panel install on saturday. please have the office call me and confirm.) and the customer service reps they have on the phone. There is a Man Vinny who seems respectable and very interested in my project. Then you have the guy Edan("you know, like the garden of edan" as he says smh.) I'm sorry but this guy and his partner Igor are fast talking scammers. First to this garden of edan guy... I don't like being interrupted constantly just to tell me that you will take care of it. I do not like being yes'd to death with out you even hearing what i have to say. and you come here with someone you say is one of your foreman just because he has a tester in his hand? He didnt even test anything! your prices came out to triple the prices of my other quotes which is why i only gave some of my work to you, and decided to do the rest myself. And another thing!( my apologies for the rant) I don't care about your truck. yes its nice, and yes i noticed it from far away with your big lock and tech logo on it. its not that serious. every five min. "you seen my truck right?" "it's nice right" "it's professional right?" "you don't see many companies roll up like this right?" a little annoying no? You sent a guy here for my AIPhone, his name was Yarsolv or similar. (sorry to you as well if I butchered names) Guy was great. quick and clean. The guy Eric was with him as well. great team work, and Eric was the communicator since I suspect he spoke the better English. The guy Igor was arrogant and rude. I don't know, I think you guys should have an age requirement for who you let deal with customers both Edan and Igor both have young attitudes, or maybe that's just me. I chose you because of the reviews, but as i read more it just seems like your friends wrote these so i don't know. But in the end, the two workers were good, one a little more knowledge in the power area than the other but both very efficient. The customer service is good as long as you speak to Vinny or the young lady that they have on the phones. The owners Igor and Edan not my fav. after this last install saturday i probably will work with another outfit. That is, unless I can freelance hire Eric or Yarslov if they are reading this ;)

I am a current client of Lock and Tech. Megan from customer service does an awesome job. Igor from Lock and Tech continues to find ways to keep his clients happy. All support and upgrades to my CCTV, DVR system and web access has been handle promptly and professionally.
I would recommend Lock and Tech to any interested in such service.

Every time you have a problem with an old brownstone it's like a puzzle impossible to solve! My outdated buzzer system was becoming a headache. I called two electricians who came up with mediocre ideas. I knew I needed to find the right person to brainstorm with.

That is how I meet Igor. He was the perfect match for my puzzle!
Very friendly, great manners and very outgoing! He diagnosed the problem right away and explained the job in detail. Igor displayed great brainstorming ability to find the right solution. Within 2 hours I had an estimate.
Two days later his crew did exactly what Igor said they would: replacing the old 4 wire system with a new 2 wire system! They worked fast & clean, and solved a puzzle nobody else could solve for the last 3 years.
Igor loves his work! What more do I need to say: great diagnosis, great estimate, great job!

and his partner is names gabe idan is very shade very sneaky i highly reccomend staying away from this company not worth your time or money trust me i have a first hand experience i worked for him for 3 weeks i would know please take his reviews with a grain of salt im pretty sure everyone who wrote one was paid to do so thank you!!!!!
