Great experience! Honestly, to all the people complaining I don't know what they are thinking.. This store has been around for 100years! What can they possibility be doing wrong? They're obviously doing something right :)

they are racist to color ppl because when i went they where ok toother ppl and than a color family went and ask them do u have any mor sweaters buy tomarrow the old kinda bold said YOU CAME TO LATE WWWWHERE NOT GOING TO HAVE FOR WEEKS !!! i went the and there where more sweaters and they are so LAZY 2 weeks just for a ziper for the sweater and no one really there alot so y 2 weeks or more the only nice one is the lady

Everyone complaining about Lobel's needs to shut their mouth. They are NOT racist, so stop playing that card and grow up! If you wait until a week before your child starts school, then your a fool. I've been going there for over a decade and they are all very professional and I always have gotten everything I need.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! I am talking to my son's school about changing uniform suppliers. Go to a different supplier if possible. I went to the store in the begininng of Aug and bought some items. They did not have all of the items in stock yet. Not sure why considering it would be starting their busy season. I was told I could place an order over the phone and it would be delivered to my son's school the next day. The first day of school I called and placed an order. They said they were sold out of the items that were not in stock a month ago when I was there. No one even called me to tell me they were ever in stock! Then they charged my credit card a week later. Plus, they overcharged my credit card for items I didn't order! The woman I delt with, Rho, can't get her story straight. One day the items are packed up and on their way, then they are back ordered, then she doesn't know where they are now. It is almost Nov now and I still don't have items I ordered in Aug! You know it's bad when these people are so incompetent that they can't even manage to run a simple uniform store! They know how many kids will be accepted into each grade/class. How difficult is it make sure to have enough sizes in stock!
