I bought a promotion on the street from Misha a few months back. I was very worried after reading the reviews, but after making an appointment and experiencing firsthand, I was definitely relieved. Very clean and nice salon and they did a great job on my trim and blowout!

I am very surprised of all the negative reviews that people posted here. I bought my promotion from Misha and liked my experience very much! The services were great and the salon was packed. You get free complimentary drinks and I had a great experience. Yes i paid a few hundred dollars for coloring, but girls this is 5th Avenue and not China Town. I will definitely be back for my next cut and coloring in a few months :)

Dont go there. Specialy if you bought promotion. They are not honest people. My brushing was a catastrophe... They make you give min 15 $ tips even if you have bad service. They really make you buy more product. Second time for a massage, we came 30 min late, and they told us massage is gone. Hh escuse me? We paid for that. I had facial treatment product smell very bad. Then I had manicure, The women from manicure didnt want me to Start my manicure if I dont give 15$ tips to The a other Women. They completly crazy. Bad expérience and bad vibe.. Save you money!!!!

I got a package deal they had going on for day 1 i had a consultation, wash, cut, style for my hair the guy was great for day 2 i got a facial, massage, and manicure. How ever here is was it terrible about this place... they never have any appointments also trying to get ahold of someone there is extremely hard and when you leave a message they dont even call you back so make you you remember everything because they are not there to help. I called 10 times to confirm my appointment time and all 10 times i got the voice mail and i also left a message they never got back and now i have to book my appointment again 3 weeks away just because they couldent answer or return a phone call. They no so simpathy i misses my appointment because they dident confirm the time and yet they do nothing to fix me in in a timly fashion
