They could get the job done but not that good

I went here to have my battery replaced in my Seiko watch. The girl behind the counter pried open the back with a pocket knife scratching the back of my watch. She popped in the battery and handed it back to me with a black wire hanging out. I gave it back to her to fix. She slid the wire back in. A couple of days later I went into the pool. This watch is waterproof at 100 meters and has always been waterproof. After 20 minutes in waste high water, my watch was filled with water and broken. My family and I will never go here again.
