Me and my sister went in and called two days in advanced for an appointment. we were told to come in at 10am. We came in 10 minutes until 10am and the lady did not show up. The lady who washes hair called Charo up(Our hairdresser) and did not answer. She came at 11am an saw that we were waiting for her and decied to relax before coming to do our hair. So she was playing with her friends hair, washing them and curling them. I left the place, because she was so unprofessional!
