Livingston Management is currently engaged in a process of trying to flip tenants in some of the buildings they manage. This means they are adapting unscrupulous tactics in order to drive tenants out of their apartments. The goal is to get tenants to break their lease, whereby they are still liable for all costs for rent, legal fees etc, even though they no longer inhabit the apartment,. Once the tenant is driven out, Livingston can then re-rent the apartment at a higher rent, but still have the previous tenants on the hook for the lease. Obviously this is to their financial benefit. The people at Livingston Management Services who hatched this scheme and who carry it out ought to be in jail. Suffice it to say these are not people of integrity, morals or character. They do not deserve your business in any capacity. The truth will come to Light ... be warned.
