Although we have a rather complicated setup they were able to install the walls exactly how we wanted it even though we made some last-minute changes a few hours before they arrived. We asked a bunch of different companies for quotes and living space was by far the least expensive. The installation itself took a little longer than expected but they finished everything up nicely and cleaned up after themselves. All in all I can't complain and can only recommend this company.

Would rate them 0 stars if possible. My building only works with living space, and when I moved in (via lease transfer) there was already a wall setup in my unit - which at the time I thought was great. Unfortunately, when I called last week to have them remove the wall I was informed that the prior tenant (who had ordered the wall and paid for it) breached contract by not informing them that they left the building. I argued with living space employees (see: crooks) on the phone until I was called by the owner, who told me that they're keeping the security deposit due the original tenant, and are charging me $200 plus tax to remove the wall. Hell no - I told them if they want their wall come get it for nothing otherwise it's being torn down by yours truly. Since I have zero obligation to living space, I took the wall down myself in about 2 hours (for anyone stuck in my situation in the future - it's easy) and took it down on my move out date. They are TERRIBLE! Our building wouldn't let us use another company. Not only was our wall bad -- we felt like it was going to tip over everytime we touched it, and I know they shouldn't be that unstable because I've had plenty with other companies before -- but when they came to remove it, they left a mess in my apartment, used my bathroom and let the seat up with urine all over it, and stole my prescription medication.

DEFINITELY use someone else. Called to complain and the owner was useless-- basically said it wasn't their fault, and practically blamed the doormen in my building for the theft.

Very difficult to work with these guys. Slick liars. There are so many other fake wall companies catering to NY, why settle for this one?
