My company has been using them for years and been satisfied for years but within the past 12 months it seems there has been a change. The customer service rep/chat reps seem to have less and less knowledge about the product and are becoming more and more rude. I have an issue with chat and was told "This makes it beyond the scope of LivePerson support." and they would not offer zero help.
That combined with them being the most expensive chat is forcing me to look for another option.
