BUYER BEWARE!!! I have been doing business with Liveauctioneers for the last few years. I would recommend that people stop buying through their platform for the foreseeable future. They dont care if an auction house ships your items or not. They care if the Auction house pays them to list their catalog - that is what they care about $$$and only $$$. They lied about certain issues and sided keep doing business with shady companies regardless of if those companies screw over the buyers.

a good sight until you need assistance. i have been buying from live auctioneers for the past 5 years. bought at least 10 fine art prints.always paid for items the next day by credit card .in december bought a bottle of louis xiii. credit cards were listed as forms of payment.when i called the auction house to pay, they informed that items over $1000.have to be paid by cash or wire transfer. when i told them i did not see that info under forms of payment,they stated that "you should have read the fine print". now the have a despuite listed by my name which makes it difficult to bid in auctions. when i asked live auctioneers for help they told me work it out with the auction house. customer service is lacking to say the least

it is good service. It let see you most of the auctions at once. Their search engine is excellent. However when you buy at auction you should know that you buy "as is" so you should inspect.

I have bought a lot of items through them and most of the time I have been happy. When I was not, it was my fault as I did not do the research I should have done.
You must remember that they do not sell, the auction house does.

Terrible. Stay away from this. They somehow manage auctioneers in different states who screw you over and they let them leave negative reviews and blacklist you. Like ebay, they could remove whatever they want but they won't. They don't care what your side of the story is. They are getting paid by the auctioneers and have no care for the bidders. Without bidders there would be no auctioneers. They have a lot of bad reviews on YELP.

I had a problem with an item I bought from one of their auctioneers and one quick phone call resolved everything.
