Its a relaxed atmosphere, and the have great food. The bartender we had was super personable, and we had great service. This is one of my go to places when someone is visiting from out of town. Its relaxed and friendly, and makes for a good opening bar.

I had wanted to try this place for a while and when I finally did, I was greatly disappointed. When they said that their menu was Southern, I was excited, but in reality, it was awful and not even remotely Southern. I ordered a shrimp po boy which was all bread and very little shrimp and no flavor.I ordered hush puppies, but have no idea what I got, but they sure were not hush puppies! Their chef needs to spend some time in a Southern kitchen, learning the real way to prepared Southern foods. The po boy was served with fried and coleslaw which had green peppers in it and was very dry.
The service was terrible and although it was a Saturday, they were not at all busy and service should have been better.

Dropped in for a beer and a bite... Had the collard greens and hushpuppies, and flippin" loved both. The service was fast and friendly, and we intend to return soon, probably same night after the show...

Arrived during the tail end of happy hour. This bustling seafood dive bar/restaurant offered friendly yet snarky service, fast food delivery and minimal wait time between drinks. Great deals are available depending on what day, time and gender you are perceived to be.
