The best customer service in Queens. Don't go to the ones on Northern Boulevard near Flushing. If you want great service go here. They treated us so well and went out of their way to help us out. I don't write reviews but they really deserve it. Thanks Jishan!

I was with Verizon for so many years, but this one is the best store I ever visited! Katie and David deserves the best recognition because they made me very happy and satisfied! I am going to recommend everyone in my neighborhood to come to this store! Thank you!

This Verizon is the best one I ever been to so far. The service here is phenomenal and the sales Reps are very informative and helpful. I definitely recommend everyone and everyone I know to sales rep Dennis Lee for sure for sure. Skeptical of other sales reps screwing me over in the past I only recommend Dennis Lee for any kind of service. He is very patient and will be very thorough as if he was working on his own family's phone account. I hope he will stay at this location since it is close to my job and I will come back to work with Dennis Lee if I ever have Verizon needs.

Legitimately one of the best experiences I've had with a retail store. The manager David Kim is a gentleman, red was incredibly helpful and everyone is knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommended to anyone who is fed up with poor customer service.
