DO NOT CONTACT THEM!
They will ask you for your credit card number over the phone. Red flag number 1. Check out their google earth photo. There is no office at this address... We called. They sent a guy who explained that they are a call center that sends the calls into freelance people like him. He told us our washer was broken but kept trying to come up with reasons to get into the main floor of our house. This included things as bazaar as wanting to vacuum the back of our fridge and make sure the refrigerator temp was set to the right settings. Very weird.
The three other reviews on here are obviously fraudulent. all posted 2 years ago...
