Horrible staff. I was lied to by a very loud speaking sales woman who said the dog treats I bought there in the past are no longer being made by the company..I called the company and found out this is not true. This same woman went on to say the treats I wanted were renamed and insisted the ones she now had in the store are the same..also not true! I had tried other companies treats for my dog in the past and she had a bad reaction to them so this is why I really only wanted a specific brand of treats for her to not repeat any chance of her getting sick or a bad reaction..
I found the same treats I wanted at another small pet store on york and 85th & 86th. That owner was polite and professional and I will now be shopping at his store.
