We had a little bit of a complicated situation where my grandmother had to be transported to a monastery 5 hours away from NYC. Lisovetsky staff made it so simple for us. Owner got on the phone with the monk and asked all the right questions and handled all the matters for us. Everything was absolutely great beginning with the way my grandma looked (just like in the picture we brought in) to delivering flowers to the cemetery. Thank you Lisovetsky for making it simple for us during such a hard time!!!!!!!
