- Terrible #11491

Dr. Lipman has exhibited the ultimate in unprofessional behavior by clearly adn repeatedly violating Dr. Patient Priveledges. Mis-diagnoses coupled with sharing private information without consent are the grounds for my contacting the ethics board and having judgement against Dr. Lipman. He is neither safe nor professional and is NOT to be trusted. He will do what he needs to for self-gain.
