I'm new to mma and have no athletic background, therefore I was hesitant about even walking through the doors. Despite my reluctance, I was immediately welcomed with open arms. Coach ash and the folk I've met who frequent the gym are some of the nicest, most positive, and most helpful people.
Anyone who is lookin for. Good mma gym, I highly recommend Lionheart mma. Every week I feel myself making progress and it's all thanks to the coaches ability to break down moves in such a way that even someone with no combat sports background can learn.

Best MMA Place you can go to.Coach Ash is an amazing instructor and Instructor Cris is very generous. Love it there

ATTENTION!!!! Do not listen to THEPINKMAN he all bullshit when I saw this post I knew exactly who it was this guys just mad because he got kicked out because he tried Robbing money off the desk this is the best MMA place around Great training great environment and great instructors definitely come check it out

I am a female who has been training with lionheart for nearly a year, and I love it. Coach Ash is excellent and truly cares for his students and their progress. Cris is always respectful and extremely helpful. I can honestly say that training is the best part of my day.
