Bish is really the lion of Lion Mortgage. Throughout my entire refinance project I dealt only with Bish. Once you put in your application he has the entire A to Z at the tip of his fingers or his tongue. Any time you call him and ask a question he has a quick informed answer. I never had a response like "I will check your file and get back to you". All the rules and regulations of the process are ready with him and he follows them to the benefit of the customer. At one time I had got frustrated because of the seemingly unending list of documents that were being requested. However in hindsight I feel that it is the extra scrutiny that the lender puts in. I would suggest to all prospective customers that do due diligence and get ready with all possible documents. Then leave everything to Bish. Your project would be a breeze. One other thing that I was not very happy with the deal is the choice of appraiser. For whatever reason the appraiser severely underappraised the value of my property.
I would recommend Bish to try and choose an appraising company who would be fair to his customer.
Other than that I would say hats off to Bish. He is the best.
