selection is ok but there are really obnoxious and rude kids (the owner's grandkids?) that run around the place

some establishments dont realize customer service is key . with that said , i am still in awe that after imediately given the wrong change and bringing it to the person in charges attention that i was refused my proper change. after revieweing tapes and pointing out where his cashier ; a young caucasion female made a mistake..was told her brother is in law enforcement so shes honest...HELLO does that even make sense. okay so that means she doesnt make mistakes at the register... the right thing to do..is to review tapes ..see the mistake ..refund the proper change and that discreetly deal with your employee and investigate furthermore. like are you serious take a business class instead of inheriting a position through family and friends and then not achieving the customer service as a person mananaging this liqour store. always went to linwood liquors for the comvenience and lack of others in fort lee..regardless of the overpricing.. if im going to pay 3 dollars more on a bottle i dont want a mistake with my change!. DO NOT COME HERE.

Clean, big, large selections.
i would like to go back and buy numerous wines.
BUT they need to be more care about customer, cuz employees keep giving me their eyes while i am shop. i was really uncomfortable when i was there. give customers' time out , and let us enjoy in the shop.
