My husband and I hired Lindsay to photograph our wedding this past September and our engagement prior to that. We absolutely loved how comfortable Lindsay made us feel and how patient she was with us during our engagement shoot!
Prior to hiring Lindsay, we had been sent her portfolio, which contained mostly beautiful pictures of her Tuscany Wedding Shoot. Having high expectations, as one would after seeing those beautiful photographs, I felt that I was a little disappointed with our final prints.
As a couple, we chose to do a first look and I suppose we were still a little nervous for the ceremony and it definitely showed in our pictures. We hired Lindsay and her amazing assistant for 8 hours, but do to our very large guest list, most of our time was consumed by greeting our 300+ guests, but knowing this and the fact that we were stiff in our first look pictures, I wish Lindsay had pulled us aside to take some more photos of just the two of us after we had relaxed and were fully enjoying ourselves after we returned from the ceremony! Although our photographs of the venue and decorations were absolutely beautiful, we do not have a decent picture of the two of us smiling at the camera which is a little disappointing. And though Lindsay left before we cut the cake, I wish she had sought it out and taken a picture of it for us to remember while she was still there.
Over all though, we really did love Lindsay, and her upbeat personality fit really well with ours. Although missing a few shots, we love the photographs that we do have and will remember our special day forever!
