Recently I was towed in to the Linden Volkswagen dealership, because my car stopped running while I was on the turnpike. From the moment I stepped in the dealership, I was treated with five star service. Chris Lo Casto, my service consultant, was polite, patient, thorough and adamant about making sure they got to the bottom of the problem with my car and truly provided excellent service. Her team along with Rick Campbell, was simply stellar. They took what could have been an extremely long and uncomfortable process and made sure I was well taken care of!

Linden VW has the best service department. I've come here several times over the last few years and it's by far the best customer experience I've had with owning my car. I've been to more "luxurious" car service departments, but they don't match up to the quality experience I get here. Chrissy is the person I interact with most times (she's the BEST!), but everybody in the department is wonderful. Every question I have is answered, and every concern is addressed before the car is given back to me. If you're a VW owner or looking to be one, make sure you get all your service experience done at Linden. You won't regret it.

Took my 2015 Passat in for service.....outstanding!!!
Professional .... courteous....and prompt!!! Just the way I like it!!
