I am very happy with the service they offered to me. I went to the VW service with a light engine issue and they fixed the problem on same day. I received a video from the company that showed the problem in the car. I got another car to drive while it was being fixed. If I every have a problem with my VW then, I would come to Linden Volkswagen.

STAY AWAY. BUYER BEWARE. AVOID AVOID AVOID
If you decide on getting a VW, be smart and go to a different dealer. Don't do what I did and buy from these guys. They are run by dishonest people. They are only going to work with you until the papers are signed and then they will ignore you because you don't matter anymore. Make sure you read every single word of each document - because they will screw you if you don't. I was foolish and didn't see that they screwed with my papers. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different dealership.
SNAKES IN THE GRASS. that's what you're dealing with at Linden.

Linden VWs service team is excellent. I'm a native New Yorker, but after having poor experiences at my local dealerships, I decided to venture out. Chris, whom is affectionately known as Chrissy is and has always been incredible. From the minute I walk through to the moment, I leave, she keeps me updated on what's happening with my vehicle, what I can expect when complete and just a great attitude. The whole team is amazing and I can say without reservation that this has been the best VW dealership I've had the pleasure of going to. I recommend anybody looking for a quality experience, and an open environment to check out Linden's service.

horrible.. they didnt care about selling me a piece of junk and even with waranty they dont care.. DONT BUY A CAR HERE !! its my second and im kicking myself everyday for it..and it was pre owned certified

Bought my 1st and 2nd VW at Linden. Drove out with a NEW 2013 Passat SE in less than an hour. No BS sales techniques, just plain honesty. They really want you to be happy with the purchase. Guided me through the whole process and gave me a great deal. Service is fast and Dennis was great! JR and Anthony came to the service department to help me decide on the car. Excellent variety of vehicles in stock! Linden VW really knows how to add value. I highly recommend.
