Linden Towers Condominiums

Not a bad place to live -- elevators, security guard, two parking spots per unit. The downside is a completely useless condo association and president. Owners and renters both get burned on the outrageous assoc. fees (owners must keep charging higher rent, because the fees keep going up). And for all the money collected from unit owners each month, you never see any useful improvements. They re-did the front entrance, which did not need it, and did not put in a wheelchair/baby stroller ramp. If you need a ramp, you must enter from the secondary entrance, and open no less than three heavy doors to enter the lobby. The poor lighting in the hallways has never been addressed. The elevators are always breaking down in some fashion. It is a shame, because with proper management, it would be a much nicer place to live.
