Wish there was a minus star. They don't deserve any star at all!!! The Most terrible service I've ever experienced. We bought snacks from the kiosk machine and when we went to collect after an hr they informed us there should be another receipt in the machine. The guy requested we go check the machine to see whether the vouchers were Still there which was very stupid suggestion. Why would the vouchers still be there after an hour???? DON'T EVER BUY SNACKS FROM THE MACHINE....the supervisor even took our credit card to check transaction whereas she could've use our star pass card to trace the transactions. Seems they're not very organized or professional in there. What a mess, we were even late for our mv due to their delays.

It was so could in the theatre one day, it was unbearable. When I complained, the representative went in with a hand held thermometer and came back and said " No. Its Normal". My daughter and I were stiil shivering. The staff are so rude, nonchalant and dismissive. None of them want to be there. The so called managers included.

I bought a funnel cake once before and it was really good, I met someone else there the second time and she burnt it. I told her it was too hard and said that's the way it's supposed to be cooked. In all my years of going to the movies, it's the worst customer service. I was not happy at all. I will not be returning.

What i hated was the sound. I was watching my movie earlier today but the sound only came from the front and it got hard to hear at some points. The speakers weren't even on except for the ones in front. I thought a movie theater's sound is supposed to be blasting! There was no surround sound at all.

This place food wise is nasty. The Nathan's part looks like the oil has not been changed in years. Where they make the funnel cake has layers of muck. The Ben and Jerry part ice cream looks half melted. No sugar cones only waffles. They wouldn't make a fresh one either. The milk for the shakes was spoiled. It's bad. Will not go there again. I'm scared to taste the popcorn and soda
