Horrible! Poor quality products. My nails were all bubblie and horrible!! Don't waist time and money here the worst!

Did not like the service I received. Other female employee that wasn't attending me gave me better service. I was forced to give the lady a tip after the horrible service she gave me. I do not recommend this place.

Their pedi includes more than any other salon. Leg/foot massage for like 10m a back/neck rub while nails dry. They go above & beyond all the time & us all feel welcomed. This coming from a very piarticular person.

They pick and choose who will take care of you, and if a regular comes in your person leaves you half way and takes thrm. Meaning anyone else can finish you. Thats not customer service. Everyone should be treated equal. I was there way before to lady that strolled in. When I brought it up to the new owner, she said OK... and looked at me like I had two heads... I will NEVER come back in here again. Linda needs to come back and teach them the ropes.

It use to be a great place when the original owner, Linda, was there. However, I have been there a few times since and it has gone down hill. They take people who do not have appointments over people who do without an explanation. They try soooo hard to please customers that they do it at the expense of other customers - most likely the loyal customers.
For example, I saw a girl get a pedicure today....it took an hour and 5 minutes. She chose her color and wanted the same color for her manicure. Another lady in a pedicure chair wanted the color she had on her toes, so they took it away from the girl getting the manicure and stalled on painting her nails (after she explained that she had to go because she had a hair appointment). The girl was not being rude, but they tried to convince her to get a new color for her manicure. She said no..she specifically chose that color and wanted them to match. The women who sat there (like a child) did not say a word...she talked on her cell phone throughout the entire pedicure....no one wants to hear her bad mouthing so-and-so s husband. After the girls nails were painted she said thank you to the women in the chair and she did not respond..she said thank you to the lady who painted her nails ...and she did not respond. They sprayed her nails and literally pushed her out the door....I felt bad for her, because she really did not do anything wrong.

Horrible....I would recommend this place if you like sitting around for hours. Once they gain you as a client they will have you sitting around so they can take new people.

PS...I also heard that they take things like nail dry...out of peoples boxes when they are not there.

The people that work under the new owner are so nervous and tense.....they do a good job, but you can tell they are so overworked and underappreciated by their boss.
