Poor service... don't stay open year round like the other tax places ... Never answered the phones...take to long processing my info....

The owner is very hands on. He helped me when i was audited from the beginning of the process until the end of it. He provided expert advice and assistance. All of the tax prepares are professional, courteous and helpful. Alisha (an office worker) even provided transportation being that my car was messed up and Shawn (tax preparer) went above and beyond in helping me understand my account.
