Lincoln Limousine

I read the reviews for this company after I had booked my trip from Manhattan to JFK and wondered what I had got myself into.
The car arrived earlier than our booked time but we we ready to go. The car was a little tired, but I wasn't looking for luxury, just a safe, on time ride to our flight. The driver helped load my family of five's luggage and unload at the airport. The fare was as quoted online. Our driver was courteous and drove safely.
I hope other clients have as good an experience as I did.

Very, very poor customer service. The prices are very cheap so you try to work with them, but there is no communication within the department-- no one knows what other people are talking about, giving out misinformation and incorrect quotes, etc. And very rude on top of all that.

And after the other reviews on here, did not proceed forward. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else-- it's worth the extra money to find people who do their jobs.

Hired Lincoln Limos to take us from JFK to Meatpacking District. Experience when booking was pleasant and easy.
Once we were picked up the driver was not very professional but was overall an acceptable experience (other than it took TWO hours to get to the hotel!). This changed when we were getting out at the hotel and he offered to come pick us up when we were returning to JFK, and negotiated to skip Lincoln Limousine and their surcharge, and book with him directly for as lower fee. He gave us his cell phone to confirm. We texted the day before to confirm he would pick us up. He agreed. The day of we texted an hour before our pick up time to go to the airport to confirm we were still on, and received a text at the time we were supposed to be picked up saying "sorry cant make". Thankfully we were suspicious of the entire transaction and had back up plans in case it fell through.

We were disappointed with the driver and his professionalism (or lack thereof) rather than the car service themselves.

We will advise the company directly of the issue as well, as I am sure they do not appreciate being cut out of the pick ups by their own drivers.

Lincoln was terrific. My first time using them, and despite a three hour delay, they stood by their meet and greet service for a first time international visitor / student. Miriam and the team were always courteous and accommodating. I highly recommend, because when things don't go right, you can be assured that Lincoln will be there in a pinch.

I've used this company as a ride from my office to the airport 1-2 times/ month over the past 9 months. I normally know my flight schedule a week or two early and heard it's impossible to hail a cab at 5pm to the airport, so I schedule an appointment with this car service. I normally schedule my appointment a week or so in advance via their online appointment tool on their site but have also scheduled my appointment the same day online with the same success. In my reservation, I note I'd like the driver to call me when they're here so I can come down, and the driver always does.

I guess I've been lucky, based on all the other reviews, but the driver is normally there 10-15 minutes early and if is late, they call me in advance and let me know (this has occurred twice over the 9 months I've been using them- once they were 30 minutes late due to "traffic" and the other time they were only 10 minutes late, again due to "traffic").

The driver has been kind and honest, informing me the tip is already included in the cost so there's no need to tip. In some instances, I'm also surprised to find they've sent me a car upgrade since it was the only vehicle available at that time.

It may be that scheduling via the online tool is better, but I've been lucky in not having many issues with punctuality.
