Great place & friendly staff. It gives that vibe of being welcome, almost like you're having breakfast at home. Always fresh and rich bagles, not like those you get in big chain stores where most you get is air in your very questionable, artificial rolls. And all that comes with fair prices. I've become a regular coming back every morning

This is the best bagel store around, the price are fair and the food is good. I've tried other places in the area but the people are not as friendly and the bagels are not as good.. if you like wood chips in your bagels and sleezy people working behind the counter go to bagel O's.... otherwise this is best spot around.

I really tried to like this place as it's a local business in my home town but I have to advise otherwise. Do not go here unless you like your order to always be incorrect. The place is run completely haphazardly, like a bunch of chickens running around with their head's cut off. No organization at all. For weeks I kept going back and each time I placed an order and each time when I got home the order was incorrect. Ask for toasted, it would be not toasted, ask for ketchup, there would be no ketchup, ask for butter, nope, no butter - always something wrong. Today was the last straw. They took my order and 15 minutes later inform me they don't have what I asked for so I substituted. So I wait another 20 minutes and notice people who came in after me leaving with their food so I inquire about my order and all these dumb kids start blaming each other about who screwed up - turns out they gave my order to someone else so I know I'm not the only one fed up with their incompetence. Go to Bagel O's instead, they get the order right and they're cheaper.

Small family business and it's run like one. Sanitary conditions could be better as at times they'll use their bare hands to handle bagels during preparation. If you order a taylor egg sandwich be prepared for deli thin taylor ham.
