Most horrible and irresponsible management group. They never fix the problem. If you are to rent any of the apartments managed by them be sure not to have heat in the winter and no hot water in the summer. Person named David is who I have unfortunately dealt with showed absolutely no effort in fixing any of the apartment issues that I have addressed him with, they brush you off like they are the ones to pay you for living there. They take absolute advantage of their tenants and show no care for anyones needs.

Wish there was honestly a 0 star button
Made way too many complaints to 311 about them, and every time, they call me and harass me about it, which makes it so much worse. Worst company ever. This is how the filthy jews stay rich, they never pay for a repair. My super is even worse, he cant fix a damn thing but they wont hire a new one because a man who can actually fix something would be too hard for them.

0 stars. These people are the worst management company ever, you can see from the previous reviews what the issues are. Your best bet is to take it up with the city and the courts and report them to better business bureau.

Worst management company EVER!! They sometimes go under the building address. Super does nothing, he barely mops the hallways and never the steps.
They take forever to fix a leak and even longer for repairs to be made. The workers in the office are the worst and most unprofessional I have ever had the displeasure to work with. They constantly work without permits and hire repairmen that just barely know what they are doing. Then again you get what you pay for
