I grew up in East New York surrounded by delicious baked goods and the unforgettable black/white cookie. I have been living in Upstate NY for 35 years and never thought I would taste those memories again......But in a small supermarket in North Chili, just outside of Rochester I found a chocolate babka on a display....How marvelous it was to taste that old-fashioned deliciousness!! Now we enjoy the chocolate and cinnamon babkas regularly and have shared them with friends. Now I will have to order more on-line and reward myself with some black/whites for the New Year........THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

I buy my Lilly's treats in the local supermarket and love them. I freeze the babka and rebake. And when I really want to treat myself I order from online - because they taste fresher - like just-baked! Especially the cakes. Lilly's Homestyle stuff are YUM - my favorites are the black & white cookies!

I live in Hollywood, Florida and I was so excited when I walked into my local Publix and saw my favorite dessert of all, rainbow cake. I really didn't care that it was $7.99 I was just excited to be able to enjoy it. As soon as I came home I opened the plastic box, took a slice and was waiting for my mouth to water, and NOTHING! The cake filling was good and that was it. The cake was dry and so un-moist I was going to choke.How disappointing I was. Never again.
