I went to Lillian August to order cushions for a Bernhardt sofa. Even though Bernhardt had quoted me the replacement cushions at a cost of $125 for each spring down cushion, they said I needed to order through a dealer. Fine...except that Lillian August quoted me $375 for each cushion, PLUS shipping. If this is any indication, avoid this place if you can.

UPDATE: after the complaint, they have given me the adjusted pricing. So I am upgrading their rating.

- Terrible #139366

Estimate delivery time was 2 months - it was delayed to 4 months. Never follows up with order, Part of furniture missing but they never followed up, Main office never picks up the phone nor calls back.

Furniture is extraordinary but poor service and unfriendly staff

They still have not sent the missing part- its been another 4 months
